Building an Indigenous employment strategy kit
The Commission has released an Indigenous Employment Strategy kit to assist agencies in building their own Indigenous employment strategy.
The kit is available online along with a list of resources and Menu of actions.

Australian Public Service Horizons Secondment Programme 2009
Horizons is a unique opportunity, for Indigenous employees at the APS 4 level - EL1 level, to achieve career goals and enhance career progression opportunities through a 6 month secondment in an other APS agency. Horizons gives participants the opportunity to broaden both their exposure and knowledge of the various work environments and opportunities offered in the APS.

The purpose of this circular is to advise agencies that a revised edition of the publication Handling Misconduct – a human resources practitioner’s guide to the reporting and handling of suspected and determined breaches of the APS Code of Conduct is now available on the Commission’s website and, for the first time, in hard copy
